Thank you to everyone who supported our reunion through donations and for especially joining us that weekend! We had an awesome time! Friday night was Meet & Greet, Dinner, Private Lounge with Dessert and Professional Pictures! Oh, apparently it was Porn Star night going on the same time at On Broadway. LOL!
Saturday, the Family BBQ was big and a success! A special thanks to Mateo Montez for staying near the BBQ Grill the whole time, cooking up those yummy pork ribs and chicken and for the bottled water! Thank you Vivian Estano for you and your family handling the empanadas and setting up! For United for Jo Team San Diego on the awesome face painting for the kids and putting together the memorial service for our late classmates. Thanks to Brian Bouchard and his wife for donating the rest of the money to get us the pavillion and for especially flying down all the awesome side dishes for our fiesta! And a special thank you to Susana for getting everything together, from the jumpy, tables, pavillion, pinata, door prizes and working hard on cooking more for the BBQ and for being there for me when I needed you most!
Saturday night....no we were not done yet! Ladies night at the Kava Lounge, late late night at Hotel W with gay pride (didn't know that was happening either) going on the rooftop and eating terrible pizza after 2am in the Gas Lamp District downtown San Diego. Good times and good bonding!
Sunday, our final day was spent on Mission Bay at Crown Point jet skiing, eating good left overs, playing in the sand and entertainment of Rey and a young girl disappearing into the sunset on a jet ski. (Hey he is single, why not!) Afterwards, for those who weren't tired the final place ended with free late night pizza dinner!
